Instant Glue

Instant glue from Green Stuff World, commonly known as cyanoacrylate glue, is the best super glue for plastic, and also it is a type of Cyanoacrylate that is widely used in various applications such as woodworking, model making, and jewelry making. This high-performance product is designed to bond a wide range of materials in 5-10 seconds including Plasticardfoams, rubber, metalcorkwood, and ceramics. It is quick-drying properties and strong bond make it a popular choice for DIY projects and professional applications alike.

This is a single-component adhesive that is based on a family of synthetic acrylic resins known as cyanoacrylates. When applied to a surface, the adhesive quickly reacts with the moisture in the air to form a strong bond. The ciano is supplied in a bottle and is dispensed through a nozzle applicator.

One of the primary advantages is its fast-drying properties. Ciano typically dries within seconds to minutes, which makes it ideal for projects that require a quick turnaround time. The fast drying time also means that it can be used to bond small or delicate parts, as it won't run or drip before it sets.

Another advantage is its ability to bond with a wide range of materials. This makes it a versatile product that can be used for various applications, including woodworking, model making, and jewelry making. The Cyanoacrylate Adhesive is also waterproof and heat-resistant, making it suitable for use in outdoor or high-temperature environments.

When using it, it's important to take safety precautions to avoid skin or eye contact. The ciano is also known to release fumes during the curing process, so proper ventilation is recommended.

How to preserve super glue?

Preserving superglue involves taking specific precautions to extend its shelf life and maintain its effectiveness. Here are some tips to help you preserve it:

  1. Use precision CA tips available at our site to extend the lifetime of the bottles
If you are not planning to use it for a long time prepare it for storage: remove the precision tip, clean and wipe your bottle nozzle and neck, and re-cap it.
  2. Make sure your modeling glue is stored away from your Super Glue Accelerator. The accelerator gives off fumes (aerosols) just sitting there, which can cause to harden in the bottle prematurely. We recommend a zip-lock bag for the accelerator
  3. Store in a cool, dry place: Keep it in a temperature-controlled environment away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Extreme temperatures can cause its deterioration.
  4. Seal the container tightly: Ensure that the container or bottle is tightly sealed after each use. Air exposure can accelerate its hardening inside the bottle.
  5. Keep it upright: Store the bottle always in an upright position to prevent leaks and maintain the proper viscosity of the product.
  6. Use small, airtight containers: If you need to transfer a small amount for very specific applications, use small airtight containers or dispensers. This can help prevent the rest of the product from being exposed to air and drying out.
  7. Avoid contamination: Keep the CA tip of the bottle clean and free from residue. Residue on the tip can harden and block the opening, making it difficult to dispense the adhesive accurately.
  8. Use a desiccant: Placing a desiccant packet or silica gel next to the bottles can help absorb any moisture that may get inside and extend its shelf life.
  9. Keep the cap clean: Wipe the cap and the threads of the bottle clean before sealing it to ensure a proper seal and prevent it from drying around the cap.
  10. Store in a dark place: While not as critical as avoiding extreme temperatures, keeping the product in a dark place can help protect it from UV light, which can affect its performance over time.
  11. Rotate your stock: If you have multiple containers of cyanoacrylate adhesive, use the oldest ones first to ensure that you are always working with the freshest one.
  12. Check for expiration dates: Some of them may have expiration dates. Make sure to use them before they expire for optimal performance.
